Sharon R. Johnson is a native of Canton, Ohio (home of the Pro-Football
Hall of Fame). She is the wife of John H. Johnson and they have three
adult children, twelve grandchildren and expecting the thirteenth.
She is a member of Faith Family Church where the senior pastors are
Michael and Barb Cameneti.
Sharon is a woman that stands for honesty, integrity, and loyalty with
an overflow of love and compassion for mankind. God uses her profoundly
in the gifts of the Spirit. Under the Anointing, people have been
healed, set free, delivered, born again, comforted, counseled, and
filled with the Holy Spirit. Being the Visionary and Founder of Women
with the Word of God, her main objective in life is to unite women in
ministry. To give them love and the spiritual guidance of Jesus
Christ.
Sharon has worked in the ministry for many years yielding to the call
that was placed upon her life. She is an ordained licensed minister
called by God into the office of an Evangelist. She has appeared on
Christian TV and Radio stations. Some of the ministries she’s been
involved in through out her lifetime are: Sunday school teacher,
vacation bible school teacher, Bible study leader, children’s choir
leader, choir, soul winning teams, deliverance teams, street witnessing
teams prison ministry, food, clothing, and transportation ministry,
Pastors Aide, Counselor, Ohio Clergy Women, Ladies Night Out, Moore
Sports and Family Health, and Sister Circle.
Having an entrepreneurial spirit, she owns two beauty salons in the city
of Canton, Ohio, The Hair Gallery and The Hair Gallery Finishing Salon.
Sharon’s education entailed; Canton McKinley High School, Bryant and
Stratton Business Institute of Buffalo, NY, Gerber Beauty School,
Malone College, Kent State University, and National Beauty Culturist
League’s National Institute of Cosmetology where she received her
Bachelor’s and Master’s degree. In 2002, she received her Doctorate
Degree in New Orleans, Louisiana from Dillard University.
She
is a member of the Ohio Association of Beauticians Inc., where she is
the state Chaplin, the local President of Canton Chapter #28 Ebone`
Image Makers. She is a member of Theta Nu Sigma National Sorority and
the newly elect Basileus of Alpha Theta Sorority Ohio Chapter and also
the state Chaplin as well.
Sharon loves God and does not compromise her relationship with Him.
In Mark 9:35,36 (For whosoever will save his life shall lose it;
but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel’s, the same
shall save it. For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the
whole world and lose his own soul?) She says it’s all about
winning souls for Jesus, and staying on track by leading as many people
to Christ as she can.
